Hi there!

I'm runarcn (he/him), a music student and tech enthusiast. I currently live near Trondheim, and play a variety of instruments. My main instruments are electric and upright bass, and I'm currently studying jazz music.

I write and publish on this site sporadically about whatever interests me there and then. I usually write essay-adjacent posts about technology, but I don't have any "hard limits" on what I write about here. This is sort of like a sandbox for me to play around with different ideas and thoughts I have in a written format.

I currently do not accept donations. If you want to support my work, please go to bandcamp and purchase some music of an artist you enjoy, head to a concert, or make a donation to a free software developer or a foundation like the Wikimedia foundation. Reporters Without Borders and Medicins Sans Frontieres are also good choices - especially considering the wars in both Ukraine and Palestine.
